Roundelay R is truly impressive from every angle. He already has a magnificent topline that just oozes power and self-assurance. He has a deliberate walk, and a trot that just rockets up into the air with amazing bend, power and charisma. The canter is ever-so-calculated with bend, balance and deliberation blended together.
Roundelay R is by Regardez Moi, Australian Grand Prix Champion in 2008-2009, last year Australian representative at the World Cup Final in Las Vegas, USA, and this year firm favourite to make the Australian WEG dressage team. Roundelay R is out of Wham R, a spectacular tall Weltmeyer mare. She is black with four white socks and moves like a panther. Weltmeyer is the sire of Wie Weltmeyer and also Warum Nicht, both spectacularly suceessful in the European Grand Prix arenas. Wham R
is out of Marge R, by Richmeed Medallion (imp). Richmeed Medallion was a Grand Prix stallion himself (by the sensational Danish stallion May Sherif) with Ann-Maree Lourey and sired her champion Australian Grand Prix dressage horse Byalee Magic.
